Our mission is “To work as one in helping animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance, while also supporting the people who love animals.” We are a 501(c)(3) mostly volunteer, no-kill rescue. We have two locations, one in Evansville, Indiana and one in Chrisney, Indiana. We have helped over 10,000 animals since we were created in 2010.

Volunteers are always needed. Be a hero for homeless animals and volunteer.
Dog Day Out is a top choice. Spend time with our dogs outside of the shelter to provide a change of scenery and socialization opportunities. It’s super easy and fun!

Meet Jax, a sweet, 3 year old boxer mix. With his velvet coat and sweet demeanor, Jax makes for a great companion for anyone. He is usually found romping around with his brother or getting cuddles from his favorite kennel staff. Meet and greets can be done with any new potential best friends. If you're interested in meeting this sweetheart, please fill out an application at ITVrescue.org.
All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary.

Your Farm Pumpkin Patch Adoption Event

Join us this Saturday, October 5th from 1-3pm at Your Farms! We will be there with adoptable dogs. Zoomies to ZZZ Mobile Dog Gym will also be there for your pup.
Aldersgate United Methodist Church
Please join us on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 9 am to 3 pm for our 10th Annual Helping Hounds Craft Fair. We will be at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 5130 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN. Entry fee is only $1. We will have crafters, vendors, silent auction, door prizes and food!
