Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or reversal of an adoption.

By adopting an animal from ITV Rescue, adopters agree to comply with the terms of the adoption agreement provided at the time of adoption, which governs the care, treatment, and custody of the animal.

  1. Volunteer Participation

Volunteers who register through our website agree to participate in good faith in accordance with ITV Rescue’s guidelines and code of conduct. Volunteer opportunities are subject to availability and organizational need. ITV Rescue reserves the right to decline or remove any volunteer at its discretion. Volunteers are not employees or agents of ITV Rescue and are not entitled to compensation.

All donations made through this website are voluntary and final. ITV Rescue is a nonprofit organization and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If a minor wishes to volunteer, a parent or legal guardian must complete all registration on the child’s behalf and accompany the minor in accordance with our volunteer guidelines.
